This post has absolutely nothing to do with gender equality and everything to do with FOOD! I eat a rainbow everyday on the 21 day Fix Meal Plan.
That’s right! Each one of these containers represents a food group that I eat everyday to help me stay on track with my health and fitness goals. 💪😊
Every day I eat…
3 servings of veggies that fill up my green container
2 servings of fruit in the purple, 4 servings of protein in the red
2 servings of healthy carbs in the yellow
1 servings of healthy fats like hummus or avocado in the blue
1 serving of seeds or salad dressing in the Orange
and 2 servings of healthy oils or fats like nut butters in a teaspoon.
As you can see, this is NOT a starvation diet I’m on. I LOVE to eat and I get RESULTS doing it this way!
Depending on YOUR personal goals you may eat the same mount as me or possibly more!
