Let me start by saying, this program is NOT for beginners in my opinion even though there IS a modifier in this program to follow. In other words, unless you have been working out regularly for the last months, lifting weights… DO NOT start out with the 21 Day Fix Extreme. 21 Day Fix Extreme TLL review


21 Day Fix EXTREME is ideal for those with a dramatic short-term weight loss deadline–such as an upcoming vacation, photo shoot, or other big event. It’s an excellent next step for 21 Day Fix GRADUATES ready for a new challenge or graduates of other extreme programs like P90X, Insanity, and FOCUS T25. Fix EXTREME is also great for those who don’t have much weight to lose, but want to get shredded and see abs; those with a “NO BS” attitude toward workouts and nutrition; or anyone who doesn’t want to count calories, weigh their food, or follow complicated recipes.


The workouts are all 30 minutes long and you will need to do 1 a day for 21 days.

The recommended space needed to do these workouts is 6 square feet.

Cross trainer shoes are highly recommended to wear when doing the 21 Day Fix EXTREME.

You CAN eat out when doing this program by staying goal-focused and adhering to plan guidelines and portion sizes.

Wine, chocolate and other treats are NOT ALLOWED on this program. Remember, this is for people who want EXTREME results.

Yes, you CAN have P90X Results & Recovery, 1 scoop = 1 yellow container. Suggested use: twice per week max.

Yes you can have E & E too! . E & E is a “free food.” Suggested use: 1 scoop, pre-workout, once per day max.

The meal plan is not recipe specific and does include gluten free and vegan options.

Click “Save and Publish Later” at any time to leave the submission process and return later without losing any progress

3. My Info:
Fill out the required fields (all fields are required except those marked “Optional”)
Indicate which program was completed with the drop down menu; this step will ensure you get the T-shirt of the program you completed
Indicate T-shirt size

4. My Photos:
Upload before and after photos
Click Browse to locate the desired photo
Select the desired photo file and click Open
Click Upload (Note that no file larger than 715 KB can be uploaded)
Complete these steps for the before and after pictures (If you’ve already loaded a before picture to your Team Beachbody profile, it will already be loaded)
Upload any additional photos you would like to include
Click Next

5. My Stats:
Enter the start and end date of the program completed
Enter your height
Enter your before and after weight
Fill out any additional before/after stats you would like to include; all other stats fields are optional
Click Next

6. My Journey:
Tell us a little about your fitness journey by entering a few short answers to the questions presented
Each field is required and limited to 1000 characters
Click Next when finished entering responses

7. My Support:
Indicate whether you would like to recognize your Team Beachbody Coach for the role they played in your success
Indicate whether you participated in a challenge group
Answer a few other optional questions if you choose
Click Submit

8. After your story and photos have been successfully submitted, the confirmation screen will display…
