Clean Berry OatsLove your morning oats and clean, fresh berries? Try this! It is filling and very satisfying!

Clean Berry Oats

1/3 c. Rolled Oats

1/2 c. Frozen Blueberries

1/2 c. Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 scoop of your favorite protein powder. (Tropical Shakeology is my personal favorite)

Place all ingredients in a bowl except for protein powder and place in microwave on high for 2 mins. Stir, then cook for another minute.

Remove and stir in the protein powder.

Sprinkle with another couple of berries and cinnamon to your liking and serve with a dash of almond milk.
