One of my favorite workouts is the Cosgrove Evil 8 workout that my friend, Don Johnson (yes, that’s his real name) and fellow trainer shared with me a while back. Turns out he’s a pretty smart dude and besides sharing killer workouts he also owns and is the creator of this awesome website you find yourself on right now so if you are in need of such services, give him a call. I added in a cardio routine just for kicks. Evil 8 Workout with Treadmill or Outdoor Cardio

Start with 6 of each move then go down to 5 of every move then 4 and so on till you only have 1 left of each move.

?? Deadlift 6,5,4,3,2,1
?? Romanian Deadlift 6,5,4,3,2,1
?? Bent Over Row 6,5,4,3,2,1
?? Power Clean 6,5,4,3,2,1
?? Front Squat 6,5,4,3,2,1
?? Push Press 6,5,4,3,2,1
?? Back Squat 6,5,4,3,2,1
?? Good Morning 6,5,4,3,2,1

Rest for 1 minute, beat your chest and tell yourself what a badass you are between rounds.??

Ready for more? Sure you are!

Cardio on the treadmill or go outside and do it on the street

Walk 3 minutes then 6 rounds of:
30 second shuffle to the right
30 seconds backwards
30 seconds shuffle to the left
