Lynda 6 months to 6 figuresZig Ziglar said, “Success occurs when opportunity meets preparation.” That is true when trying to reach fitness goals, business goals and any other thing you want to accomplish in life!

If you want to improve your life in any way you should learn from those that have already accomplished it successfully. It’s my job and my PASSION to do everything I can to help others on a daily basis and reading PD is one way I fill my cup back up to be my best self for others. It’s a daily investment in me that has improved my life in ways I never dreamed of before I made this a habit.

Audio books and podcasts are my favorite because I can listen to them while I do my house chores, shower, lay out in the sun, drive in the car or whatever.

The simple fact is…we can listen to mindless banter that doesn’t do anything to improve our lives OR we can listen to something positive that EMPOWERS us and makes us better!

So here are my Top 10 Personal Development Book Recommendations that anyone can benefit from no matter what you want to achieve in life.

4. You Are A Badass: How to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life by Jen Sincero

5. Awaken The Giant Within by Tony Robbins

6. Your Best Life Now by Joel Osteen

7. The Mentor Leader by Tony Dungy

8. The Slight Edge by Jeff Olsen

9. The Art Of Exceptional Living by Jim Rohn

10. The Millionaire Mindset by Gerry Robert

I could literally (no pun intended) go on and on with this list and these are listed in no particular order. I will tell you that the first PD book I read was Your Best Life Now by Joel Osteen and it really rocked my world at a time when I was feeling very defeated in life. If I was reading that book today it wouldn’t have the same effect on me now as it did back then because I have already grown so much since then and am in a much happier place in my life.

Seek out books that will improve your life and that give you information that is pertinent to your goals. If you are timid and shy but want to achieve great things in life but aren’t feeling bold enough to go after them…read You Are a Badass and start channeling your inner badass!
