Strangest thing EVER….I think I’m actually OBSESSED with the PiYo Workout. Honestly. It’s weird. I don’t LOVE to workout, at least I didn’t until NOW.
I mean don’t get me wrong, I LOVE the results, I love the way I feel AFTER the workouts but I never LOVED actually working out before. I’ve even enjoyed some workouts a LOT more than others…but LOVED? Nope.
Then this program comes along. It’s all about building FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY. It’s high intensity with NO IMPACT. It makes me SWEAT like crazy without making me feel like I’m gonna die in the process.
I actually FEEL like I’m getting TALLER & STRONGER every time I do it! I’m sure I’m not but I FEEL like my posture is improving and every muscle in my body is getting worked.
The CRAZIEST THING is…I want to do it MORE THAN ONCE a day! WHAT THE HECK is THAT ALL ABOUT IT???? It just makes me FEEL THAT AMAZING!
I can’t wait to start teaching it next month but I’m also SO HAPPY that I am able to put it in the hands of ANYONE that wants it and coach them no matter where they live.
One more time…PiYo is AWESOME!!!!!
