Big news came out yesterday that I am excited to share with you. Chalene Johnson will soon be releasing the Piyo Workout. This workout is a combination of pilates and yoga with the intensity turned up. As you can see from the preview video, this is going to be an awesome workout. And as luck would have it I will be getting certified to teach Piyo on April 27th.
